Profile

My Profile

Once logged in via La Rochelle University’s authentication service, you can complete your profile with your email, affiliation, and, if applicable, your ORCID ID. Affiliation must be selected from the Research Organization Registry (ROR) list.

My research outputs

Access your deposited research outputs or drafts in progress. You can view and edit them.

The “Deposit a new research output” button provides access to a blank deposit form.

My Contacts

This section contains people you’ve previously entered in forms. You can edit these contact records if needed. It makes it easy to retrieve contacts in the deposit form.

The “Add a new contact” button allows you to pre-register a contact for future use in the deposit form.

Catalog

The research output catalog is presented as thumbnails showing the titles, subtitles, type of content, domains, and keywords of deposited research outputs.

Clicking on a thumbnail provides access to the full metadata record and deposited files if available. Contact information for the person responsible for the data is also available.

Available Sorting Options

• Relevance (Pertinence)

• Most Recent (Plus récent)

• Oldest (Plus ancien)

• Title (A-Z) (Titre)

• Title (Z-A) (Titre)

Filters

All filter values display data entered in the corresponding metadata fields of deposited research outputs and allow narrowing down displayed research outputs. All filters are cumulative.

• Extent: Allows viewing the geographical extent of deposited research outputs. Hovering over an extent highlights the corresponding research output.

• Domain: Filters by research domains. The list is established by the OECD and is recognized for ensuring classification uniformity, interoperability, and international comprehension. Multiple values can be selected. A search bar is available to search among all available values.

• Theme: Filters by research theme. The list comes from various controlled vocabularies (Loterre, INRAE) and (ISIDORE) linked by data depositors to their research outputs. Controlled vocabularies ensure uniformity, interoperability, and comprehension of specific research terms.
  Multiple values can be selected. A search bar is available to search among all available values.

• Keyword: Filters by keyword. Some keywords are from controlled vocabularies (Loterre, INRAE) and (ISIDORE), others are free-form. Multiple values can be selected. A search bar is available to search among all available values.

• Type of content: Filters by type of content. Multiple values can be selected. A search bar is available to search among all available values.

• Access: Filters research outputs by open access or embargoed.

• Author: Filters by one or more individuals or organizations listed as authors in the research outputs. Multiple values can be selected. A search bar is available.

  Note: An author is an individual or organization who played a key role in creating, analyzing, or processing the published research output.

• Start Date Covered: Filters by the start date of the data coverage period. Multiple values can be selected. A search bar is available.

• End Date Covered: Filters by the end date of the data coverage period. Multiple values can be selected. A search bar is available.

• Publication Year: Filters by research output publication date. Multiple values can be selected. A search bar is available.

• Affiliation: Filters by institutions to which research output authors belong. The list comes from the Research Organization Registry (ROR). Multiple values can be selected. A search bar is available.

• Contact: Filters by the identity of the contact listed in the metadata. Multiple values can be selected. A search bar is available.

  Note: A contact is an individual or organization available long-term to respond to inquiries from catalog users or research output users.

• Contributor: Filters by the identity of contributors listed in the metadata. Multiple values can be selected. A search bar is available.

  Note: A contributor is any person or organization involved in creating, analyzing, processing, making accessible, or funding the research output.

• License: Filters by the license name applied to the research output. The complete list of licenses from Nakala is available here.

  Multiple values can be selected.
